This coffee uses frozen metal balls. Today I’m recreating The Extract Chilled Pourover from Glitch Coffee. By using the metal balls to rapidly chill the coffee the moment it brews, the idea is to lock in the brightest and most aromatic flavours before they fade. No ice or dilution, just instant chilling. Would you try this pourover technique at home?
Recipe:
88°C RO Water: Remineralized with Lotus water drops (Light & Bright Recipe)
Dose: 15g
Yield: 210g
60g bloom
110g 2nd pour
90g 3rd pour
Total water: 260g, stop at 210 yield
Enjoy your delicious pourover!
