In life, I learned that growth is not just about aiming at something; it's about aiming with precision. When I first started, I was surrounded by people who were comfortable staying where they were. But I knew I wanted more—I needed people who could challenge me, guide me, and make me better. At first, it was uncomfortable being around those who were stronger in areas where I was weak. But as I grew, I realized that the discomfort was the key to my success.
I started with a triangle—three people who sharpened my thinking and encouraged my progress. From that triangle, I built a circle of five—each person bringing something powerful to my life. The triangle turned into a circle, and the circle became a force.
Just like in the military, where we aim for tight groups on the target, in life, we must aim for growth with precision. If you're not aiming at something, you’ll miss everything. If you're aiming at growth, you might just hit the target.
