BEIGNETS DE PAIN DE MIE FARCI AU THON FACILE (CUISINE RAPIDE)

3 cuillères a soupe d'huile
1 cuillère a café d'harissa
1 poivron rouge
180 g de thon en boite
1 cuillère a café de paprika
1 ou 2 poignées de fromage râpé
sel et poivre
10 tranches de pain de mie environ
3 portions de fromage frais

Pour la panure on commence par :
200 g de chapelure
2 œufs entier
5 cuillères a soupe de lait
1 pincée de sel
