Sew a Reproduction 1920-40s Farmhouse Bib Apron
The trusty apron has undergone quite an evolution. From full smock/dress with sleeves that was more house dress than modern apron, to the full bib farmhouse apron, to the half apron, and finally to an era where aprons are less and less common in the kitchen. This full coverage, bib apron is easy to reproduce. We take a favorite vintage apron, creates a pattern on newsprint, and takes you through the process of recreating this 1920-1940's typical full bib apron. Use our pattern guide to create your own full-sized apron pattern/apron.
