In the dark heart of Africa lies a place very few people have seen. It's called Virunga. And it's home to one of the last populations of mountain gorillas in the world. Despite decades of civil war and brutal poaching the gorillas are clinging on, protected by rangers who are literally prepared to die for the cause. Every month, a ranger gets killed by a poacher. Now a Belgian Prince has put himself between the gorillas and harm’s way, but he’s facing a new, more dangerous threat.
