High above a tropical forest on the Island of Borneo, members of SMART -- Special Malaysia Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team - were called to the site of a cable car accident. One of the SKYCAB's occupants, the rugged #HAL® tetherless simulator, was reported to have fallen to the floor of the cable car complaining of chest pains and shortness of breath.
HAL is a rugged and resilient simulator chosen for this mission because of his toughness proven through rigorous military testing which included shock and vibration, high and low temperatures, and even #emergency decompression. HAL was awarded an Airworthiness Release for use in both fixed and rotary winged military aircraft.
