#169 Harvesting Red Taters and Beets
The red tater harvest was a bit more productive than the yukon gold harvest. I may try containers next time to increase yields. Nevertheless, the taters, beets, carrots and onions are absolutely delicious roasted with olive oil, salt and pepper!
