Professor Dan Anderson talks about his approach to effortless martial arts. His investigations into the martial arts and unexplainable techniques has lead him into tying up loose ends and addressing elements such as compassionate self-defense techniques and ethics. His insights come from training four years with grandmasters in various arts-grandmasters that started out as white belts.
