Bank of America reaches settlement in lawsuit over Jeffrey Epstein ties

Bank of America has reached a proposed settlement in a civil lawsuit over its alleged financial ties to Jeffrey Epstein, according to court records.

The proposed class-action complaint, filed in October 2025, accused Bank of America of facilitating their sexual abuse by Epstein and ignoring suspicious financial transactions. The lawsuit was filed in federal court on behalf of a Jane Doe and other Epstein victims. The Jane Doe plaintiff said she was abused by Epstein over an eight year period.

Lawyers for the bank and the women told U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff during a pretrial phone conference on March 12 that "they had reached a settlement in principle," court records posted Monday revealed.

No details about the proposed settlement, which would require Rakoff's approval, have been released. #News #Money #JeffreyEpstein
