Yarishna keeps a clean diet all-year-round. In her food should be only lean proteins, complex carbs and fruit. Chicken breast with baked potato - is her favorite meal.

(PERSONAL FOR YOUTUBE!!) I repeat that the video is unique and was created by me. I worked and spent a lot of time. Getting approval from each athlete to use any clip's and photos is impossible, because I can't get any answer (YES\No) on my messages. I spend electricity for rendering my videos (for example 4K video renders from 8 to 16 hours) and also for release of my idea ~4-6 hours. You must respect the work of the creator which completed all your conditions.Owner of clips has profited from my video because links on his social media(credits) are set in the description.
