1 ;; cup all purpose flour
1/2 cornstarch
1 3/4 cups water
1 egg
3 tbsp cooking oil
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients and make a well in the center, gradually mix egg, oil and water. stir until it forms a smooth batter. Pour onto a heated 6-inch Teflon pan, approximately 1/4 cup at a time.
