Rephr VS Hakuhodo

Hey Divas and Divos,
So I wanted to go over these Rephr Brushes and do a battle with! Hakuhodo Brushes are my first taste of Japanese brushes and I love them. I has also dawn to me that I have not done a review on my Hakuhodo brushes ( that will be coming up)! But I think if you get these on sale it's worth it. The original #25 that I brought still has a dog hair smell to it, but the new one is better.

Rephr brushes company as a whole is A1!!! I reached out to them to let them know my issue at hand and they handled the issue. Not all companies would do what they did to satisfy a customer. So on that note if they have another sale I will be buying the #22 when they have a sale.
