As we were making our way from Bellingham, WA to Portland, OR we spent a night in Federal Way (having spent the afternoon at the Museum of Flight, I'll get that video done eventually) and we couldn't pass up a chance to see a 'Bonsai Museum' right? We definitely are glad we did; it was a very interesting and educational experience.

The Pacific Bonsai Museum claims to have over 100 examples of Bonsai on display. we didn't count but we don't dispute their count. There's a lot

• Free ($12 donation suggested)
• Open 10:00 to 16:00 Tuesday through Sunday
• Accessibility - Not bad, I think. It's all packed gravel but no stairs or steep inclines. The parking lots are not close to the entrance but there is a drop-off area in front
• It's mostly outdoors and it's Seattle metro so... maybe plan to have an umbrella or jacket handy?
