iPhone 5 LCD Connection Replacement

iPhone 5 LCD FPC Replacement. Phone had moisture exposure, one pad / trace had a buildup underneath, needed to be cleaned and new connection installed. 4 corners were tinned and those corners were tacked on and the remaining traces were drag soldered in place. http://www.zfixit.com

The bent solder tip .. came like that to me .. a manufacturer defect ... but became crucial for most of my repairs .. just a fine point tip that is heated and placed under pressure to bend it. I can't live without the bent fine point tip .. allows me to get in hard places! The bent tip was used for about 1 year prior to me recording this video.

All repairs come with a 15 month warranty against defects! Some of my repairs have a two year warranty, a few have a lifetime warranty!
