I remember teaching Keren how to drive when she first got her license. I had been driving illegally for a long time because when we first opened the restaurant, we couldn't afford to hire any workers. I had to drive directly from school to the restaurant everyday. Well, Keren on the other hand had no driving experience and it was one of the scariest things I've ever done. I let her drive my moms car in an empty parking lot. I told her to drive straight then make a left at the end. I'm not sure if Keren wants me to tell you this but this girl did not know the difference between left and rights. She went straight and turned right. The problem with this was, there was no right turn. It was a curb and a light pole. I screamed for my life thinking it was over but luckily my moms car was a truck and we went over the curb barely missing the light pole and onto the sidewalk. She hit the brakes and I put it in park. I told her she needs to have someone else teach her because I ain't ready to die yet. She had the audacity to tell me I should've been more clear on which direction to turn. I slapped myself for that one. I still cry when I get in the car with her to this very day. That's why you always see me driving.
