Security Scan: MH 60 R Seahawk

The US State Department has recently approved the sale of 24 multi role MH-60 Romeo Seahawk helicopters to India . The final deal estimated cost of 2.4 billion dollars is likely to be signed later this year . The MH-60 helicopters can operate from frigates , destroyers , cruisers and aircraft carriers. They are designed for hunting submarines , ships and carry out search and rescue operations at sea.
