Mary was born in Dallas, Texas on 24th August 1980. Her parents are John and Teressa Padian. Her father John is Irish and her mother is Lebanese. She is currently 40 years old. Mary has a lot of relatives and the size of her family is really impressive. She has a younger brother, named Luke, and up to 42 cousins and she loves to spend time with them all. Her parents are divorced and they got separated in the year 2009 when Mary was only 29 years old. Her parents' divorce didn’t affect her as she still has a good relationship with both of her parents. Her uncle is a famous Texas attorney known as Bady Sassin. Mary Padian is of mixed descent and her father is Irish and her mother is Lebanese. She is extremely close to her family and loves to spend her time with them whenever she gets free time.

As Mary was young and was growing up, her father got a job in a scrap metal recycling plant. He used to bring Mary while working and she loved to see her father doing his job. Probably this is where her love for recycling started and got her to the stage that she is on at the present. She later started using her knack as a profession which is a pretty smart thing to do. She opened her own shop by the name Mary’s Finds where she sold recycled and refurbished antique items and furniture. However, she had to close her shop due to financial problems.

One of the producers from A&E Television, Moe Prigoff, used to visit Mary’s shop. Moe loved the atmosphere of her store and she was really impressed with her work with the items in there. Eventually, Moe asked Mary to join in her new project and that is how she got involved in Storage Wars: Texas. Moe was an experienced buyer who became her mentor and took Mary on hunting where she learned about the tips and tricks of the trade. They even started visiting auctions together. She also kept her store running aside while being a part of the show.

Mary is extremely shy about her personal life. She is not comfortable to share her relationship status publicly. Once, in one of the episodes from the show, Mary introduced a handsome man named Dylan and told everyone that he was her beau. The other information about him is still unknown. The only fact that is known is that he is from Texas. Mary is still known to be single and unmarried.
