In this video I create 7 budget friendly fall home decor projects using a rocking chair purchased from a yard sale to create a great decor piece to display pumpkins! I up cycle a preseason pumpkin and show a couple of ways to create pumpkins stems using scrap fabrics and ribbons. I up cycle a wood pedestal stand and turn it into a French country piece using my new transfers from Ruth and Ruby! I show how to make a very inexpensive raffia wreath using a 10" straw wreath form, floral hooks and raffia. This makes a very large, fluffy Fall wreath. I show ideas on how to create your own unique pumpkin stems and embellish each one.
