Bouquet of Hope Sculpture Ribbon Cutting

Councilwoman Jennifer Van Vrancken is excited to officially celebrate the completion of The Bouquet of Hope Sculpture in Jefferson Parish, District 5. The project included the installation of a 24-foot-tall bouquet of flowers by metal artist Luis Colmenares on the neutral ground on West Esplanade Avenue across from East Jefferson General Hospital. Donated by Henry and Pat Shane, the sculpture honors all the brave men and women who put their lives at risk to care for those in need, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
