Quick and easy shiitake mushroom specialties, use dry searing to concentrate the flavour and lock in moisture, then season it and it tastes even better! It tastes smooth, tender and juicy, filled with the aroma flavour of shiitake mushrooms. The salty flavour goes very well with rice!
食材：
鲜香菇 200克、蒜末 1汤匙、葱花 1½汤匙、
无乳黄油 1汤匙、盐、黑胡椒
Ingredients:
Fresh shiitake mushrooms 200g, minced garlic 1tbsp,
spring onion 1½tbsp, dairy free spread 1tbsp,
salt and black pepper to taste
