Mana Dam | Mana Valley | Ziarat | Balochistan | Pakistan | Ep-02

Mana valley is located at the distance of about 38 KMs in North of Ziarat town, while the Mana dam is located at the upper part of the valley at about 40 KMs from Ziarat town. Dam site provides some very good locations for picnic and camping activities. Dam is surrounded by mountains covered with lush green Juniper trees. This valley is famous for its apples and cherries orchards which give it a unique beautiful look in summer months. Mana is a Pashtu language word "Manra" which means apple. The valley is easily accessible in a public as well as private transport; whereas the road leading to the valley is under construction. Accommodation is not available, but a rest house owned by irrigation department on dam site can be booked in advance from Quetta.
