Bridge the gap between "Knowing Leadership and Doing Leadership" with Jason Giesbrecht

Effective leaders know that there is no single leadership style that works in every leadership situation. High-performance leaders are able to accurately and efficiently assess the leadership situation, determine the optimal leadership approach needed to achieve the desired outcome, successfully implement the chosen leadership approach, and then, after the leadership opportunity has passed, reflect and learn from the leadership experience. This four-course series guides the leader through this process, step by step.

This series was born out of the idea that, often as clinicians or leaders, we struggle to shift from ‘knowing’ about leadership to ‘doing’ leadership. This is the Knowing-Doing gap. This gap holds many leaders back from being effective leaders. Many leaders perform well at role-playing in leadership workshops and then fail to implement those skills back in the workplace. To get the leadership results you want, you need to bridge or narrow the gap between "Knowing leadership and Doing leadership". It is not enough to know what to do, we have to actually do it. In this series, we strive to close the gap.
