This gap holds many leaders back from being effective leaders. Many leaders perform well at role-playing in leadership workshops and then fail to implement those skills back in the workplace. To get the leadership results you want, you need to bridge or narrow the gap between "Knowing leadership and Doing leadership". It is not enough to know what to do, we have to actually do it.
