Apparently still in winter here so stew it is 🥘 I halved this recipe but cooked it for the same amount of time, silly silly. Was gonna have leftovers but the squash cooked down so we ate it all LOL. Next time more liquid, less mushy squash. We show real life here. Not everything comes out perfect 🤝🏼 flavors 10/10 tho 😎 @skinnytaste simple cookbook has me in a chokehold

BLEND
2 cups beef broth
3 tb flour
2 tb tomato paste
Salt & Pepper

COMBINE
2.25 lb chuck stew meat
4 cups butternut squash
1 large onion
Thyme

Cover tight with foil. 375 for 2 hrs 🤌🏼
