Analysis: Trump's biggest meltdown yet?

Donald Trump's news conferences can be chaotic affairs.

But this was by far the most chaotic.

With more than 23,608 people in the US losing their lives to COVID-19, the President used his daily task force briefing to play a video to the media of 'experts' praising how he'd tackled the pandemic.

One television network described Trump's performance as "the biggest meltdown from a US president" they'd ever seen.
