Inflation-Proof Breakfast Recipe | Healthy Eating for Hard Times

Today I'm cooking up a breakfast that has been keeping me fed through these tight financial times. One of the most simple foods of all, oatmeal. This meal can be made even cheaper by using in season produce in smaller portions or even discounted produce. Cheaper seeds can also be used. Using any combination of these categories you'll make a very frugal, healthy meal. This meal can easily be adjusted to be close to $1 per serving while still being packed with fibre, and many vitamins and minerals. Inflation may keep coming but oatmeal and cheap fruit will always prevail!
