Charging Solar watches - Natural vs. Artificial light experiment using Seiko Digital Tuna

The new Seiko Digital Tuna SBEP001 has a unique function of measuring the level of the charge it gets from different light sources which gave me an idea of comparing natural daylight (both cloudy and sunny) to an LED flashlight to see which is better.
