Beef Kanji / Ramadan Kanji / nombu Kanji / Iftar snack

Hello Everyone...
This is a very quick and easy beef kanji recipe which is prepared mostly during Ramadan as its super nourishing and healthy.... I mostly prepare this when I wake up late or feeling lazy and need something quick for breakfast... no one complains coz its delicious.... hope you guys enjoy... let me know if you try it out...

Red/mysore Dal 3tbsp
Pandan leaf 2"piece
