INSULATING Our HUGE Camper Van Project | Bedford CF Conversion

Follow us on our ambitious project as we seek to restore a classic British Bedford CF, as well as design and build a unique habitation unit, in a bid to save a quintessential British piece of history and create a one-of-a-kind camper van.

In this episode we focus on insulating the entire box, ply-lining the walls and installing 12v spotlights in the ceiling.

We use 25mm foam insulation boards on the walls and ceiling, and 50mm on the floor.
For the plywood we use 18mm on the floor, 9mm on the walls and 6mm on the roof.
