Why Janhvi Kapoor is Selling Her House ?

Bollywood's real estate deals always make news and now Janhvi Kapoor has entered this list. Well, Janhvi has proved that she is a smart real estate investor as she has now sold her house for a profit of Rs 4. 87 crores. In 2020, Janhvi Kapoor bought a home in Juhu worth Rs 39 crores which was spread on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of Juhu's Araya building. The apartment is located in an expensive area where houses of Ekta Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and other stars are located. But now, the actress sold the flat to Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha. Rajkumar bought the flat from Janhvi for a whopping Rs 43. 87 crores. Rajkumar was earlier living in a pretty sprawling home in the suburbs. This apartment will be his fifth home of the acor in Mumbai. Rajkummar's earlier flat also got featured in Asian Paints. The actor has bagged many projects in the past two years, and can now afford a bigger home. His wife Patralekha too has been working in the OTT space. In the last few months, we have seen a lot of celebrities buying new houses. Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone just bought a home worth Rs 119 crore in Resham Building in Bandra. They will be the new neighbours of ShahRukh Khan and Salman Khan. Karan Kundrra has also purchased a home worth Rs 20 crores in Bandra. Amitabh Bachchan, Sunny Leone and Aanand L Raai also got a new home in the Atlantis Building of Andheri. Janhvi Kapoor's movie Good Luck Jerry has come on Disney + Hotstar. The film also stars Deepak Dobriyal. Janhvi Kapoor has just finished shooting with Varun Dhawan for the film Bawaal in Europe.
