Some might say perfect is simply having all the required elements of a video while others might in fact say it is meeting all the appropriate objectives. As objectives for perfection were not stated explicitly in the title you cannot say that this is not indeed perfect simply as it exists as a video. Perhaps perfection was simply being able to play the game or complete the run. Just because the title contains the word perfect does not mean you can complain about the lack of perfection in said video.
