One of the most intense routines I've ever done, however it's great for muscle building & strengthening especially in the core.
L-sit for 30 seconds, instantly doing 10 dips, instantly back into L-sit for 30 seconds (Rest for 1 minutes)
Repeat for 3 Rounds
