Hello! This video follows up on my last video “How I Got Started in Entertainment” and tells the story of my time working at the worlds largest talent agency "WME | IMG" (know known as “Endeavor”). During my 2.5 years working at WME | IMG, I managed to get myself out of the infamous mailroom and eventually onto the desk of the former Co-CEO where I worked as his assistant. Navigating this entire experience was tricky and political but hopefully some of this insight is useful to anyone who is new to the business and trying to learn more about how talent agencies work.
