Emperor Tetra (Nematobrycon palmeri).
One of the most common tetras available in the market are also one of the most beautiful. These are available at relatively cheap prices and are easy to take care of making it a perfect fish for beginners.
Emperor's are normal available in small size at local fish stores which might not show great colors or fins but once they settle down in your tank and with good feeding they can show amazing colour and fins.
The emperor's in the video have been in the tank for about 2 months.
