Mothers Day Craft For Kids Making Rose Water For Mom! In this video, you will see Zaynn helping mom make rose water from the rose picked from our garden.

I think it is a very practial mothers day craft for kids , where kids learn how to make things following simple recipe. We were blessed to have so many roses in our garden that, we decided to make rose water, what better way than to do it on Mothers Day. I hope this video will not only help mom's make rose water but also kids who can learn to make something useful for themselves.

Ingredients to make rose water:
1. Rose petals from our garden. 10 rose flowers
2. Distilled Water bought from walmart from kids section
3. Strainer
4.Container to boil

The steps to make Rose water is as follows:

1. Separate the rose petals from the flowers, we picked almost 10 rose flowers and separated the petals

2. Thoroughly wash the petals.

3. Pour distilled water in the container to boil, we used 750ml of water and then added the rose petals.

4. Boil until the color of the petals turns to off white, when all the color has been transfered to the water.

5.Let the mixture sit until it cools and then transfer it to jars.

Store:

Store it in a regrigerator in liquid form, or make freeze it and save it for longer period.
