DIY Bitters Kit

One of the most science-y ingredients to appear in cocktails are bitters, a (formerly) mysterious and potent liquid to be added in a carefully measured number drops. When I was gifted a DIY bitters kit, I learned how simple and straightforward it is to make your own bitters at home! Here’s a video I made showing the whole process from opening the box to taking the first sip. The song is ironically named “Not Drunk” by The Joy Drops.
