Palm Cove at Sunset Beach NC from the outside

All the way at the north end of Sunset Beach, NC is a location called Palm Cove of the Carolinas. I wanted to walk around the property and make a video. I figured my influencer status on YouTube would be enough to get me inside the gates. As you'll see in the video, there must have been some sort of mix up, or the camera I was looking at was off line.
