SAFe planning in action - Meetup Sep 6, 2016
This video is from the London Scaled Agile Framework® Meetup - SAFe Planning in Action.
The Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) has a special event that is held for every Program Increment (5 sprints-ish). This is a large scale, collaborative event including everyone from the Agile Release Train (50 to 125 people).
These workshops are highly interactive events where all participants are involved in one of many teams collaborating together to plan a single Program Increment for a single product. The schedule roughly goes through the different phases of the event.
