I smoked Chilaquiles on my Traeger! | #NachoBowl2021 Challenge

I'm a bit late to the #NachoBowl2021 challenge but wanted to make an entry as an excuse to try out making Chilaquiles on my pellet grill. It turns out it's not only doable it's actually amazing! As long as you have some pans that can survive high heat this would work for you as well. I'm excited to try this trick out when I'm camping!
