Just as things started looking up, an entirely new problem presents itself. What has Tails' machine, the Emerald Energy Manager, caused? Who exactly is this mysterious red figure that calls himself the Moderator of the Chaos Emeralds? Whatever is happening, it's not looking too good for Sonic.
