Building a Homestead From Scratch: Episode 1

This is a new series we are working on since the purchase of our land earlier this month!
This land is pretty raw, there is a septic system and well installed, and it was logged very heavily about 3 years prior to our purchase of it. Our aim is to heal and rehabilitate this landscape and build a home there, creating the new Sacred Circle Homestead.
We are creating this series not only to document our progress, but also to show folks that anyone can do this! We are in our early and mid-twenties, and we have bought this land without the aid of a bank, debt-free, with the money we've earned with our hard work, no 9-5 job!
You too can build a homestead from scratch if that's your dream! Become a part of our journey by subscribing, donating, sharing, and following along!
Here is the new (and soon to be improved) Sacred Circle Homestead, 12.24 acres off the electrical grid in the North East Kingdom of Vermont. Here we will be hosting workshops, classes, and retreats in the future, and this will also be the new location of our perennial permaculture nursery.
We hope you enjoy our adventures and rambles! Please leave us some feedback in the comments below, and don't forget to subscribe and share!!
Thanks friends!
