Orange cookies in dark chocolate 🍫 🍊 #cookies #orangecookies #baking

Ingredients for cookies:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 170 g butter
- 320- 340 g flour
- zest from 2 oranges
- 50 ml orange juice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 100 g dark chocolate for dipping
Preparation:
Cut cold butter into cubes. Sift flour. Place all ingredients except egg in blender bowl. Mix until shortbread crumbs. Pour crumbs into bowl, add zest, egg and orange juice - knead by hand until dough forms ball.
Sprinkle surface with flour and roll out dough 1,5 cm thick. Cut it into sticks 1.5-2 cm wide and 12-13 cm long.

Bake at 180° С for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool.

Melt 100 g dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon oil

Dip sticks in chocolate and put it on a baking grill or paper.
