Journal - The New Microsoft Garage Project

Microsoft have revived Journal, a digital notetaking app that I used to use before I found OneNote. This time however, the Microsoft garage team are developing it. What features does is have? Why would you use it? Lets have a look and I'll share some of my thoughts on the app.
