About 13 of our clients live with PCOS,
Some of them with lean PCOS,
In which case I advise against fat loss in most cases,
Most of them lose fat either after healing their relationship with food or immediately,
It’s totally possible.

I hate that you’re told to cut out sugar, gluten, dairy, go crazy low on calories

The food rules created for you are infinitely worse than for people without PCOS & yet, potentially even more damaging

Fat loss CAN be beneficial for you

But only if you work on your relationship with food to stop the disordered eating, otherwise you’re in a cycle of yo-yo dieting & unhealthful habits & mindset that you definitely so deserve to be out of.
