How much to post on social media

I want you to sit down and ask yourself this question:

In a year, how many posts do I want to see and look back on?

👉 Do I want to take a look at a handful of Reels and TikTok videos that I posted sporadically?

👉 Or do I want to look back at 100 different posts that will give me a better idea of what I did right, what I did wrong, and how I should pivot?

I don't expect you to sit down and create 3 posts per day, but what I do think you need to lean into is just posting more frequently.

❌ Not every post will be perfect.
❌ Not every post will get the most engagement.

But each of those posts can become a CRUCIAL data point when reviewing your content strategy at the end of the year.
