Hurricane Francine has been bashing south Louisiana for hours bringing storm surge, strong winds, and flooding. Southwest of Theriot, LA… storm surge overtook roads, winds gusted to around 90mph, and roads became impassable. A couple Drone shots (beginning and end of video) show the storm surge covering roads and flooding structures.
