Life is a journey, its your book, your story… Its everything that you want it to be and everything that you let it be. Sometimes that story slips away from you because you are focused on other areas of your life.
Not one story is perfect… Not the super model you see on TV, not the guy across the street, certainly not the professional athlete that you perceive to have it all.
We all have our struggles.
Some people struggle with finances, some struggle with relationships… millions of others struggle with their physical self.
You are no different because you struggle.
WE ALL STRUGGLE.
We have built 1st Phorm on a culture that is positive, supportive, encouraging and most of all… WE HAVE BUILT A PHAMILY.
When you struggle, you turn to Phamily for help, advice and direction.
We spent the last 2 years focusing on taking what has been known mostly as a negative culture and focused on making it a positive. We took all walks of life from all over the world and built a home for everyone.
A positive place that EVERYONE is welcome to come be a part of.
We built 1st Phorm as a place to take that positive environment and focus it on helping others feel welcome, helping others change their lives and get them back on track for their story.
Our mission for 2016 is to take that culture and HELP as many people as possible trasphorm their lives and achieve their fitness goals, welcome them to the fitness lifestyle of community, friendships, support and most importantly… Phamily.
Our challenge to you is to have you welcome as many people as possible to the 1st Phorm way of life and help them make the change.
Help them transphorm their lives… and if its you in the struggle, that’s ok, we struggle too.
We WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER, WE WILL MAKE 2016 the year YOU made the CHANGE… most importantly, we are gonna do it together… ARE YOU WITH ME?
