The action starts out in the Joker’s lair as he’s putting the finishing touches on his newest weapon, a giant Shrink Ray. Giant Shrink Ray, you ask? Ironic, yes, but laughable, no. This weapon is powerful enough to shrink anything down to a fraction of its original size, including the Dynamic Duo. Soon the Joker and Harley Quinn set their trap for the Caped Crusader and Batman and his loyal sidekick walk right in to harms way. It’s only a matter of time before the Joker shrinks them down to the size and takes them back to his lair. There he and Harley Quinn are planning a “little” party to celebrate the arrival of their esteemed guests, complete with packaging for 4” Batman and Robin. Things are looking grim when tiny Batman is finally able to break free so he and Robin can reverse the effects of the Shrink Ray and return to full size. The Joker finally gets his comeuppance when Batman turns the Shrink Ray his direction making a mini me out of him. Gotham City is finally safe again when Batman and Robin turn the lock on the Joker in his tweety-bird cage. Funny thing is, the Joker’s even kind of cute when he’s tiny and harmless.
