As a cleaning client, most people are genuinely kind and just want us help solving a problem in their home. In 30 years, I've only had one person who wasn't satisfied, and it had nothing to do with the actual cleaning. It reminded me how rare "problem clients" really are and how important clear expectations are. Most customers are appreciative, fair, and happy to find someone they trust.
