Here is the long awaited, and anticipated resolution.
Just FYI, I told the condensed version of the border fiasco. It would take way too long to explain the whole thing as it was hours of back and forth. I've already looked into how to dispute. Unfortunately the way the law works in this case is, I'm found at fault based off of the Officer's findings. The law will side with them. I will waste more resources trying to fight this. Ultimately I was fined because they decided I didn't properly declare the value of the truck, which I thought I had by declaring what I paid for it. So far the truck is a dream to drive, though during corona season, I haven't done much of that.
