I am Affan Ahmed Khan, a Mechanical Engineer specializing in computational biomechanics, CAD modeling, finite element analysis, and technical research writing. I work on engineering problems related to orthopedic implants, joint biomechanics, fracture fixation systems, and biomaterial-based simulation studies.

My expertise includes knee joint CAD modeling, total knee replacement (TKR) design, femur and tibia fracture fixation with locking plates and screws, dental implant design, hip implant modeling, intramedullary nailing, spinal implant concepts, and orthopedic plate development. I also perform biomaterial comparison studies and simulation-based evaluation using ANSYS, SolidWorks, and Abaqus.

This channel presents my work in biomechanical design, structural simulation, stress analysis, total deformation studies, implant performance evaluation, and research-oriented engineering workflows.
